The media production studio at Berrywood Primary School, Hedge End in Hampshire, UK now has a logo and name to run under. “Berrywood tv” is live with an impressively equipped studio for in-house productions.
Their new logo (designed by RedLED Productions) was created from ideas envisioned by the school staff. The incorporation of a vintage movie camera within the logo was the starting point and from there some examples were generated. After consultation and adjustments the final logo design was signed off. From the static logo an animated video (sometimes known in the industry as a vanity card) was developed for the children to add to the end of their creations and for general branding purposes. The example below is watermarked with the addition of some music – Berrywood’s is “vanilla” in design so that they can choose how to present it depending on the production.
Very good, Berrywood branding
The Berrywood tv logo now features front and centre on the studio’s edit suite, to strongly promote the creative department’s identity. The studio is furnished with green screen facilities and good quality audio and video equipment. We can’t wait to see the fruit of the children’s work now that the studio is up and running.
